Refund policy

All sales are considered Final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.

Please consider this before making your purchase.

We ask that you check your order carefully on arrival.

In the unlikely event that you receive the wrong item, a defective item or something is missing, please email us within 24 hours of receiving your items at hellocafekawaii@gmail.com  and we will replace or refund (minus shipping)

We do not accept returns for manufacturing based QC issues such as marks on the paint or imperfections as this is beyond our control and we are not refunded personally for these issues.

For an item to be considered defective, it must be broken or damaged in a way that makes it unfit for purpose.

Occasionally boxes sent to us are dented, if this is the case, you will be contacted prior to the item being shipped out and offered a refund if the box isn't suitable and we don't have another box available.

We package every item well and hope it reaches you in perfect condition, if it does not, this is due to the shipping carrier and a resolution should be sought with the carrier used in this instance.
